Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Fraudulent activity is suspected
Payment cannot be verified

If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded in full.

5. Pre-Orders

Some Willow Rue products are offered as pre-orders.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production timeframe.

6. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only.

Once an order has been dispatched, Willow Rue is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
